In-House Therapy

Comprehensive Care, All in One Place

At Zink - Notley Equine Solutions, we understand that some horses need more than an occasional session at the barn. For horses recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or needing consistent hands-on care, we now offer in-house therapy options at our facility.

This allows us to create a customized treatment plan that provides your horse with consistent, focused therapies in a quiet, supportive environment—giving them the best chance to heal, recover, and thrive.

Why Choose In-House Therapy?

Not every horse’s needs can be met with mobile or single-visit treatments. By staying with us for more intensive care, your horse benefits from:

  • Focused recovery with daily or multi-day therapy sessions

  • Customized treatment plans tailored to your horse’s condition and goals

  • Access to multiple therapies including PEMF, laser, massage, cupping, and kinesiology taping

  • A calm, quiet environment designed to support rest and healing

  • Ongoing evaluation so we can adjust treatment as your horse progresses

What’s Included
  • Luxury Stall Board & Comfortable Facilities

Spacious, well-ventilated stalls with soft bedding to promote rest and healing. Clean, dry atmosphere with excellent barn sanitation practices to protect your horse’s recovery from environmental stressors.

  • Customized Rehabilitation & Therapy Plan

A personalized therapy program built around your horse’s needs—whether that’s post-injury care, post-surgery healing, or conditioning work with modalities like laser, PEMF, microcurrent, massage, stretching & strength rehab.

  • Daily Care & Monitoring

Each horse is assessed daily for vital signs, appetite, movement, swelling or pain. Staff checks include attentive grooming, hoof care, turnout or hand-walking schedules (as appropriate), and any follow-up therapy or treatment.

  • Controlled Exercise & Movement Work

Hand-walking, controlled turnout (weather & injury permitting), and therapeutic movement are integrated into the recovery plan to maintain circulation, muscle tone, and joint mobility without over-stress.

  • Nutrition & Supportive Management

Proper nutrition is the foundation of every successful rehabilitation program. We will work with you and your veterinarian (if needed) to ensure your horse’s diet supports healing, maintains condition, and promotes steady recovery. Owners are responsible for providing their horse’s regular feed, supplements, and any special dietary requirements, ensuring consistency and comfort during their stay.In addition, we offer supportive care services such as wound management, bandaging, poulticing, or icing as needed. These treatments are tailored to each horse’s rehabilitation plan and may be billed at an additional cost depending on frequency and complexity. Our goal is to create a program that addresses every aspect of your horse’s recovery while keeping communication clear and expectations straightforward.

  • Grooming, Comfort & Stress Management

Gentle grooming, coat care, and attention to comfort are not just for aesthetics—they support circulation, mental wellbeing, and help you monitor for any skin issues or discomfort. Ensuring your horse feels safe, relaxed, and cared for is part of our healing philosophy.

Our in-house therapy programs are especially helpful for:

  • Horses recovering from surgery or injury
